error code 0x104 when trying to connect from android to windows 11

I was trying to connect to my laptop without a password and when i was searching online for solutions there was one about changing group policy. so i did but it didnt work. now i cant connect even if i have a password. this is all on different network btw. it works completely fine if i connect from the same network. im also using rdp client on android.

    I have tried all of them except for clearing the dns because I need manual dns for static IP. Although I have found out that when I switch to 2g instead of lte it works. Although this is very slow.

    I'm standing by here waiting to hear the results of the options I gave you. Obviously RD is not working for you so I wanted you to have all the options, was that a problem? RD never worked for me for anything, I switched to TeamViewer ten years ago and never had another problem. I can just imagine what a problem it is for Android! Nevertheless I gave you the only existing fixes for it on Android. Please let me know what you think about all the options I took the time to find for you.
