error code 0x104 when trying to connect from android to windows 11

I was trying to connect to my laptop without a password and when i was searching online for solutions there was one about changing group policy. so i did but it didnt work. now i cant connect even if i have a password. this is all on different network btw. it works completely fine if i connect from the same network. im also using rdp client on android.

    This just happens randomly for some reason when I'm on lte but I have found a fix. You just have to turn on and off airplane mode and it worked.
