Poor performance on specific user profile

Recently I've been having massive FPS drops in games, but only on my main user profile. I created a new profile and all games work perfectly without issues. What might be causing this, and how can I fix it? I don't want to have to copy all my files to the new account.

Sorry, fc cannot be helpful in this case - "files are too different".

You may try to compare by parts of registries.

And yes, these files are really huge. That's why I've said this may be very time consuming. So I suppose it will be better to move all data to a new account.

Please show a screenshot of command window with a command and its result. Did you export HKEY_CURRENT_USER hives?

Command prompt unfortunately found no differences.

You may try to use FC command in command prompt or compare files in Word.

Alright, I have exported the registries from the damaged account and the new account. How would I go about comparing them? I can't seem to find an official download for WinDiff.
