RDP because of an error in data encryption

hi,

i have a laptop pc in version 21H2 and i want to connect me in my other pc who in version 21H2 .

but when i am outside in my laptop and i want to connect me in my pc i my home i used this : myDomainName:3389 .

but i have a problem when i want to connect me there is this message appears: because of an error in data encryption, this will end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.

but today i try to connect me in my home from my job. it's works i don't have the message.

why in my laptop i have the probleme but not in my pc job

do you have any solutions ?

    Thanks for the feedback. Would you know if your company uses WSUS for update management? It would be important to ensure that your work machine has the latest Windows updates, your personal machine probably already has them. Could you check if there is any inconsistency between the clock of the two machines?

    my problem it is not in a company but my company don't have a wsus.

    the probleme is between my home pc and my laptop pc when i am outside.

    i don't have a difference clock between my two machines.
