Hi A
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Assuming you're using the new Outlook interface, I tested a method that might help with keeping attendee information private. Hopefully, it aligns with what you're trying to achieve.
This approach only works if you're the organizer of the meeting. When creating the event, you should see an option to hide attendee list, just enable it before sending out the invite. Once this is set, recipients (including those who forward the invite) won’t be able to view the list of attendees.
In case the event has already been created without hiding attendees, you can edit the meeting, enable the “hide attendee list” option, and send an update. Please note that this change will only apply to new recipients. Anyone who received or forwarded the original invite before the change will still be able to see the attendee list.
If you don’t see the “hide attendee” option, I recommend contacting your company’s IT administrator, as it might be a permission setting managed at the organizational level.
Alternatively, a simple workaround is to copy the meeting link and send it via email using BCC. This ensures that recipients receive the link without seeing each other's email addresses.
I hope these suggestions are helpful.
