Cannot cancel Azure subscription, no admin access, still being charged after deleting all resources
Hi,
I have an Azure subscription (ID: 26bf39f5-200b-4eda-a7ab-c68ef8592437) that continues to charge me monthly, even though I have already deleted all resources since May. I do not have any owner or admin permissions for this subscription—my role is shown as "Unknown" or "Unauthorized" in the portal, so I cannot manage, cancel, or even see billing details.
I have tried to submit support requests via the Azure portal, but the support system fails to load and I cannot contact support from within the portal.
Please help me:
- Cancel this subscription and stop all future charges,
- Refund the charges for the last three months,
- Investigate why my account lost all admin access and was left in this “ghost” subscription state.
I have attached screenshots of my subscription status, empty resources, and ongoing charges for reference.
This is urgent and needs escalation to Microsoft Azure billing and engineering teams.
