hello, when i first started using microsoft teams, there was a little window at the bottom right hand of the screen when i minimized microsoft teams which allowed me to use another application such as chrome so that i can continue seeing what my teacher was showing at the same time. however, when i used microsoft teams recently, that small window did not appear and i end up missing a lot on what the teacher was showing. could you please let me know how to get that small window to appear again? i have tried uninstalling and installing but to no avail. thanks!

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Teams once again.
Also, could you please check if the Web version of Teams is working properly? I mean, do you have access there?
please advise!! i have to use ms teams for another 2 months :((
