    Hi connorcovbadboy,

Can you also check if you'll encounter the issue with the built-in administrator account:

    1. On your search bar, type command prompt and select "run as administrator"
    2. On the command prompt window, type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter
    3. Reboot your machine, then login to your admin account.
    4. Install MS Teams and check.

If you don't encounter the issue on the built-in administrator account, I suggest that you create a new user account. Please refer to this article as a guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14039/...

Please let me know how it goes. Thank you.

    Hi connorcovbadboy,

Thank you for your feedback. Just let me know if installing the latest Visual C++ runtime fixes the issue.

There are issues with logging in on the web app on Microsoft edge(Chromium) but it does work in Google Chrome. I have also uninstalled it using the control panel and deleting the files then reinstalling it again but the same problem persists.

I will try the C++ runtime library

    Thanks for the reply

Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Have you tried to login using MS Teams web app https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=87302... to further isolate the issue?

I also suggest to uninstall the desktop app via control panel, delete the files under %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache and %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Application Cache\Cache, perform a reboot and try to install the latest version via https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-365/micr...

You may also try to install the latest Visuall C++ runtime libraries on your machine: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/297700...

    I hope this helps.
