Migrate from Azure Active Directory Domain Services to a Managed Domain

Hi, does anybody know if it is possible to migrate from azure Active Directory Domain Services to a managed domain?

Yes, thats my question, the thing is that azure ad domains services is on a functional level of 2012r2, what if for any reason I need a 2019 or 2019 funtional level (right know is not possible). Or how about if I want to move away from azure, what are my options in those cases
