PS cmdlet Connect MicrosoftTeams error message

I would like to enable the 'download a participant list' feature in Teams using the cmdlet

Set-CSTeamsMeetingPolicy - Identity Global - AllowEngagementReport "Enabled"

I installed the MicrosoftTeams module in PowerShell as instructed and confirmed the install. However, when trying to connect to MicrosoftTeams so I can do the above I get an error message.

This error message is after uninstalling and then reinstalling. How can I proceed?

    Thank you for clarifying Rudy. To be able to enable the Engagement Report my final workflow was the following:

    Import-Module MicrosoftTeams

    Import-Module SkypeOnlineConnector

    $sfbSession = New-CsOnlineSession

    Import-PSSession $sfbSession

    I was then required to enter my username and authenticate with MFA

    Once connected I did the following:

    Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -AllowEngagementReport "Enabled"

    All code was then successfully accepted. I will test the functionality during my next meeting.

    Using the following code allowed me to properly connect to MicrsoftTeams.

    Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned, then type A to finish it. And then try again.

    Hi Rudy -

    I was finally able to connect, so thank you for that. Now I am trying to enable the Engagement Report option and when I input 

    Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy

    I receive the following error message:

    Thanks for informing us the original issue had been fixed. If possible, please share your solution with us as it will benefit other community members who are running in the same issue.

    Meanwhile, for your second query, based on my checking, as that command Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy is applied to Skype for Business online, you need to connect to Skype for Business online environment then you can use it correctly. For your reference: Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy.

    And if needed, you can use the Teams Admin Center UI directly to do some meeting policy related settings.

    Meanwhile, we'd like to give a summary for your query:

    1. In general, that command Set-ExecutionPolicy Remotesigned needs to be run only once at the time when you first run the Office 365 related PowerShell commands, which means next time when you run any Office 365 related PowerShell commands, everything should work as expected. 
    2. For your second query, when you run the PowerShell commands and have trouble with the error message likes "the term xxxxxxx is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, ..." it says we don't connect to the scenario (Office 365, Exchange online, Skype for Business Online, Teams, Azure AD, ect) correctly. In this case, just check the reference of that command from our official article to get it.
