wget https://packages.microsoft.com/config/debian/10/packages-microsoft-prod.deb results in 404

Question

I'm trying to install the dotnet sdk on my debian 10 machine.

wget https://packages.microsoft.com/config/debian/10/packages-microsoft-prod.deb -O packages-microsoft-prod.deb

Results in ERROR 404: Not Found

Navigating the folders in firefox shows the file in the listing but it is not possible to open or wget it.

As I recall, this has worked before, please fix.
