When translating files with percent encoding (URL encoding), the encoded characters will be replaced through their respective characters (see below for example).
This behavior is unexpected and leads to problems. In my case I wanted to translate an Azure DevOps Wiki. The filenames are used as title of a wiki entry and as a reference for other files.

I tried also other percent encodings and the behavior is the same.

I'm using the Document Translation from the Azure Translator Service and used this Quickstart guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/document-translation/get-started-with-document-translation
I set up two blob storage containers for source and target.
API call used for translation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/document-translation/reference/start-translation
The translation works fine, but the URL encoding within the filenames changed from source to target as described above.
