Document Translator - Filename changes from source to target

When translating files with percent encoding (URL encoding), the encoded characters will be replaced through their respective characters (see below for example).

This behavior is unexpected and leads to problems. In my case I wanted to translate an Azure DevOps Wiki. The filenames are used as title of a wiki entry and as a reference for other files.

Example:

  • filename in source blob: Web-App-%2D-Authentication-Setup.md
  • translated filename in target blob: Web-App---Authentication-Setup.md

I tried also other percent encodings and the behavior is the same.
