Teams Caption Couldn't start

Hi there,

I have been using Teams' "live caption" for a long time, and it was from yesterday I found out the "live caption" didn't work when I was doing an outbound call. Please refer to my attached picture:

The function works fine in a Teams meeting but can't start in a Teams call. I tried to restart Teams or default the setting, but the issue still. Please let me know how to fix it.

    Hi Hania,

    Thanks for your help. I already did what the article guided me. I deleted all the files and folders in Teams Directory and restarted Teams. However, the issue is still there the same as before. Please help further.
