In the meanwhile, please have a try to do following check for first troubleshooting:
Check Teams Settings:
- Open Teams and go to Settings > Devices.
- Ensure the correct microphone and speaker are selected.
- Disable the "Automatically adjust microphone settings" option
Check sound settings (Windows): Go to your Windows settings to make sure your speaker is enabled and unmuted.
Update Audio Drivers: Make sure you are using the latest Audio Drivers.

Reinstall Teams: You may have a try to reinstall Teams and check whether the issue still persists.
