Based on your description, I understand that you cannot upload file on MS Teams, it shows " Unable to connect OneDrive. please try uploading again".
May I know if my understanding is right? If so, to solve this issue, you can try some steps below.
Step 1: Since the uploaded files are automatically stored in your OneDrive, I would like to know that your OneDrive is available and working properly. To verify this, try visiting OneDrive for Web and check the results. You can do this by opening a private browser window, going to www.office.com, logging into your account, and clicking on the OneDrive icon in the left sidebar or search box.
If you don't see the OneDrive icon, please point it out and let us know.
Step 2: If you can access OneDrive for Web, I would like to know if the issue occurs when using Teams for Web. Please visit Teams web and check if the issue occurs. If Teams web does not have the issue, then Please Clear the Teams client cacheb y using this link Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn. Sign out of MS Teams by clicking on your profile picture and selecting "Sign out." Sign back in to reauthenticate your account.
If the issue also occurs when using Teams for Web, please point it out and let us know.
Step 3: Please check network connection and use Wi-Fi. Also turn off VPN and Turn off or reset proxy settings.
