Let every invited employee of an organization access/download Meeting Transcript by default

Hi,

We would like all our meeting transcript to be available to all invited people to the meeting by default.
Today the owner of the meeting has to share the transcript manually for every meeting which is so long.

How can we do so ?

After thorough research and consulting, it has been determined that there is currently no such setting for Teams admin to control all Teams meeting to record/transcript automatically.

The below settings will turn on the live transcription and recording feature in your Teams meetings:

1. Go to the Teams Admin Center > Navigate to Meetings > Meeting policies > Select the policy you want to modify or create a new one > Under Recording & transcription, turn on the Allow transcription setting. Refer to Is it possible to turn on meeting transcription automatically for all meetings inside the organization? - Microsoft Q&A.
2. When scheduling a meeting, ensure that the transcription option is enabled. This can be done by the meeting organizer during the meeting setup. See View live transcription in Microsoft Teams meetings - Microsoft Support [d606-d01c-936-1f9a].
3. Once the meeting ends, the transcript will be available in the meeting chat. All participants can access it directly from there. Automate note-taking in Microsoft Teams with meeting transcription [07ec-912c-13b-3534].
4. Ensure that your organization’s default meeting policies include automatic transcription. This will save time and ensure consistency across all meetings.
