Find that when I copied folders from an user that has left to another user. The folder permissions look ok but the files have administrator in full control. How do I change all the files to have a new user in full control without having to change the permissions in each file?

    Hello @techcoor ,

Thank you so much for your kindly reply.

According to my understanding, we could not access the\DC3\folder_redirection\user since we do not have permission.

Normally we do not have permission to access the redirected folders, such as Documents, Desktop.

But we do have access to these users folder.

Please kindly check the permission as shown below.

The Windows message shown is at user level. Not able to see the Desktop.
