Conditional Formatting Rules Manager:

The dialogue box has changed from resizable to very small fixed size box which make it almost impossible to edit or create new rules.

    Hello,

Please report this by click on the smiley face in the top right corner of Excel or go to Help>Feedback and then choose "I don't like something".

    Thanks,

    Evan

Hmmm.. oddly claimed fixed in this beta release:

    October 28, 2020

    Version 2011 (Build 13426.20004)

I have this release - and the dialogue box is bigger but not resizeable.

    November 02, 2020

    Version 2012 (Build 13430.20000)

Neither do I see or appear to be able to quickly duplicate a conditional format - as claimed in the Oct 28th release notes...

Hello, I've never had that smiley face, and the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager is small (accommodates only 4 rules) and cannot be expanded.

My last update: Successfully installed on ‎2020-‎11-‎13

Being able to resize this would be SUCH a BIG help.

    Thanks,
