Conditional Formatting Rules Manager:
The dialogue box has changed from resizable to very small fixed size box which make it almost impossible to edit or create new rules.
There are no resize handle since last Beta Channel Update

Agreed, this Conditional Formatting Rules Manager window needs to be bigger and resizable!
