WSUS 3.0 SERVER 2012R2, WSUS Client Win10 1903/1909
After update WSUS, download the latest update patches from Microsoft, send the update patches to related client.
But the event on client shows that the update patches did not download successfully, when i check WSUS server there's a tips called not available.
So I manually downloaded the update, manually installed on a client, and it successfully installed.......
What should I do to send the update patches to client?

@Una Ju
As you maintained above, we could install the update manually. It means that the clients did miss the update. It is recommended to confirm whether the update has been downloaded on the WSUS server first. Here are several screenshots for your reference:
Filter out the approved updates first:
Add the File Status option:
Then the below icon means that the update is ready for installation:
Please follow the above steps and feedback to me if there are any updates. Thanks for your time and have a nice day :)

Rita

And I searched the explanation of the errorCode.
I dont understand what is this comming?
I checked domain group policy and client's as well, which is wired, nothing is wrong.
our DC is server 2012 R2, client is 1909/1903
And i'm wondering if there's a tool for me to check in Win10 client.
I found a computer which didn't install the May update patches.
And I got the update log.108773-windowsupdatebb.log
There's also a 'Do Job',you can C.
Update patches in May are KB5003169 KB5003244
I'm wondering if it is relevant with the update patches we installed in May.
