WSUS 3.0 SERVER 2012R2, WSUS Client Win10 1903/1909
After update WSUS, download the latest update patches from Microsoft, send the update patches to related client.
But the event on client shows that the update patches did not download successfully, when i check WSUS server there's a tips called not available.
So I manually downloaded the update, manually installed on a client, and it successfully installed.......
What should I do to send the update patches to client?

First i enable the download mode on my computer,and log is above.
Second,I check the report on WSUS ,the update patches status is not applicable.

What is the version of the windows 10 1909 clients in your environemnt? In my opinion, the windows 10 1909 clients in the Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation reached end of service on May 11, 2021. Please try to upgrade to latest version first.

the latest version of Win10, means Windows 10 version 21H1 (Build 19043)?
Of course, it is recommended to upgrade to the 21H1. But you could also upgrade to 20h2 or 2004. The two version all support.
