Not been able to install apps because I don't have a Windows store

Hello,

Now I have tried in putting the code into powershell under administrator and it still didn't work it provided this error - https://i.imgur.com/GR0hkW5.png

I then decided to check if it was in the add and remove category of windows and it is not even there nothing is there.

This would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this issue as I have not been able to get it fixed for a number of days now so thank you.

The reason for the Edit is because this is a server running on 2019 version

    Thank you I've been able to successfully install Chrome but is this post able to be edited in a later time as I could experience more problems?
