Outlook android app inbox empty
Over the last week the outlook android app on my phone no longer syncs any emails to my inbox. The message is "You have reached inbox zero." if I log in to Outlook.com all my emails are there, add they are when I use Outlook desktop.
I have tried uninstalling and re-adding my account and the issue remains. I may have to look for another mail app unless this can be fixed as the app is currently useless to me.

To assist you accordingly with your email not being loaded on Outlook for Android, we would like to know if you have done any troubleshooting steps? If not, we suggest that you delete/remove your account from Outlook for Android, and re-configure your email account if the issue persists. Kindly refer to this link for your reference.
You may also start your own thread since the last post of this thread is almost a year old and it may not be applicable in your case.
