I have tried the below steps:
I am not seeing "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” toggle switch in Edge browser.
Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.54 (Official build) (64-bit)
Is there any way to enable it as my website is only supported in IE?
I appreciate any pointer in this regard.

While YuZhou is 100% Correct I have been using that method and it has worked for me for about 18 months. I would like to confirm that using the Directions you have posted he have also worked for me recently. The other thing that you might want to confirm if that Your Internet Options are configured and that the Wild Card for your Trusted Sites for the Domain of your Site is set. also there may be some configuration if your page as some sort of Active X control that you Org is dependent on.
You may have already fix this but. I have been having this issue and came across this thread. and wanted to put some more info for the next person.

Hi all - I am having the same issue and I keep thinking I must be missing something. I have tried this process on two machines - one on our corporate LAN, the other is not. Both machines have all the latest patches.
Security in Trusted Sites is Low; and I have tried with Require server verification (https) for all sites checked on and off. I added all of the necessary sites to Internet Explorer mode pages in case that might change the behaviour - but nothing.
Do you have any other suggestions I could try?

You do not get the option if has been already set. YOu can scroll down to Reset settings and apply this and it should appear again. At least this did the trick for me.
Remember, Microosft tend to over complicate everything.
