It would be good/very helpful if the Windows 10 Teams app supported multiple tenants with unique accounts so users can switch between Teams on different tenants without having to log out. Just like users can have multiple accounts in one profile in Outlook.

Anyone noticed how Microsoft shut down Uservoice and this exact feature request without the possibility to read the comments? It must have been one of the most requested features, and also most infected. The pandemic is looking like it is easing out with the vaccination, and people are returning to at site work. Interesting company philosophy that they ignored this feature request when it was needed the most.
As more and more people work at home and for multiple companie's / Entities/ Schools they'd like to use multiple profiles in the teams client on windows 10.
As one of our archtects did have multiple profiles it must be posible, so I'd like to vote on this feature to be added soon to the roadmap of the teams client, see this picture in the profile area.
you can go to edge, type teams.microsoft.com (login to your teams). Once logged in, on your browser to your right ( . . . ) click it , hover to Apps -> Manage Apps -> Teams. It will install a new Instance of Teams. Enjoy

I already have teams on the desktop. Installing a new instance of teams does nothing to alleviate the current problem, which is that multiple teams cannot be open at the same time.

This is one of the best alternate solutions I am using, please follow the steps in the below link.
This script will create two teams client versions (one will be on the webbrowser in the backend) but it looks like Teams app only.
