I was having similar issues, and I found a fix that works for my situation.
yep, false alarm. Worked for about 8ish hours, now all users are back to having issues again.
Same Problem here. Outlook is 2109 Build 16.0.14430.20154 in 32 Bit. Synchronizer Version 16.0.14430.
I saw this Problem first on January 3rd.
Hey We have updated Office to an older version. Unfortunately the synchronization errors are still there. Nothing in the favorites is updated. Regardless of whether it is a calendar, mailbox or address book. And we have the same Error.
The client operation failed.
Best regards
I too have the same issue with a public folder calendar stored in the a profile's Favorites folder. The public folder displays all content, but the Favorites folder version does not. Items added to the Favorites folder version are not uploaded and new items added to the public folder are not downloaded to the Favorites version.
Here is a sync log for the problematic PC:

This is happening on at least 2 PCs at the moment, I expect it is occurring on many more, but the users haven't noticed yet.
I deleted the profile via Control Panel...Mail with no success.
I deleted the Favorite folder entry and added it back with no success.
Thanks.
