    Same here. For now we fixed it by turning off "Download Public Folder Favorites" via group policy in the Exchange settings. So calendars/contacts in public folders are slow but at least it works. I really hope this gets fixed soon!

    this is synchronization issues with public folder on on workplace's network especially the folder which our department used for receiving fax. Sometimes faxes that came thru would still read as unread even thought it has been read/reviewed. Sometimes faxes deletes on its own after a day. We use office 365. please provide us a solution to resolve these issues. thanks.

    Good day,

    We have the same synchronization errors with some employees. These are always public folders that are stored in the favorites. The automatic synchronization then no longer works. We then temporarily deleted the favorites and added new ones. However, this only fixes the error temporarily. Do you have a solution for us? We use Office 365. The errors have been occurring since December 31, 2021. Many thanks. Kind regards

    Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Community forum. I understand that you receive this synchronization error log under the Sync Issues folder in Outlook.

    May I double confirm whether you have any problem to sending/receiving emails or have any problem to delete/change any items by using Outlook/Outlook Web App? Please provide us with detailed information about the exact issue such as email sending/receiving (except this Synchronization error Log) for further analysis.

    However, in most cases these errors are logged in the Sync Issues folder when the items no longer exist in the Exchange mailbox or the item was already deleted from the mailbox. If you don't have any problem to delete/change any items or sending/receiving emails. In these cases, the error can be safely ignored.

    Regarding this point, we would truly appreciate your kind understanding.
