About 10 seconds after I open my Outlook emails, I receive the following error message:

ErrorType: Component
UTC Date: 2023-05-29T12:48:12.838Z
Puid: 00030000015D64F3
Client Id: 30923D33A1354751876EEA56025E361A
Session Id: 106a99d3-3d53-48cb-ab6a-00c6494cc3d8
Client Version: 20230519010.06
BE Server: MEAPR01MB5382

I have tried clearing my cache, tried in Chrome, Safari and Firefox on Mac, tried on a PC - and all to no avail.

I've also rebooted my computer, and had our IT help desk (email specific) looking for answers - but it's been 5 days now and I'm desperate for a solution. Please help!

I've tried private mode and the error still appears.

I've also looked at your link - but the settings are for PCs not Macs - so I'm investigating where I can find Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support. for Macs.

So frustrating! I'm at the point where I'm about to change mail systems.

    Found this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/profiles-and-accounts/outlook-displays-error-message-on-first-start

Also some people started their browsers in Private Mode/Incognito and then went to Outlook.
