Shared Mailbox - Add on

Hello - We want to be able to schedule WebEx sessions using Outlook so we can attach documents. I'm being told I cannot have the WebEx Add on in a shared mailbox. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it if it is?

    As per your mentioned description about "Shared Mailbox - Add on". Shared mailbox doesn't support add in because shared mailbox don’t have a license, so in some cases they do have some difference with individual mailboxes.
