It suddenly started working again. However, I did remove a Chrome extension that I thought might be an issue.

    Good evening Tammy,

Thank you for your quick response.

In regards to your questions, my administrator asked me to contact you because they cannot figure out the problem since it is from the Outlook web account. I am the only one that has reported this problem in my organization since I am one of the few that use Outlook Web.

I have responded to your questions below:

    • Have you made change or update prior to the issue occurring? Are you accessing the link as a HTLM or sending one email message?

The only updates have been from my organization. They are usually Windows updates. I am accessing my email from https://outlook.office.com/mail/. Interestingly enough, the same link works with my calendar, but it only gives me an error when I switch to email.

    • May I please confirm if this issue is for particular user or other users in your organization also experiencing same issue?

As mentioned previously, I am the only one that has reported this so far. However, I am one of the few that use Outlook Web.

I am using Chrome browser, however, I also have Microsoft Edge and I already tested it and it gave me the same error.

    • Further as issue occurred in web side, may l confirm if any extensions added on your browser? For example, in Microsoft Edge, Extensions is located to the right of your browser address bar. If yes, please remove them, then restart browser to sign in Outlook web app.

I do have several extensions but I have not added anything new. All of the extensions I have were installed when everything was working fine.

    • May l please know if you have any other Outlook, such as Outlook mobile app, or Outlook desktop app in Windows or Mac? Could you please try signing into other devices and check if the same situation?

I do have an Outlook desktop app and the error does not happen. It only happens on Outlook Web.

    Thank you,
