Creating first Azure DataFactory.
Did NOT upgrade
But before I click create I see these terms

Does this mean Microsoft is going to build me? Confused

    While creating any resource in Azure, you will see the Terms section as shown below:

    Does this mean Microsoft is going to build me?

    Yes, pricing for Data Pipeline is calculated based on:

    • Pipeline orchestration and execution
    • Data flow execution and debugging
    • Number of Data Factory operations such as create pipelines and pipeline monitoring
