How do I compose Outlook filter rules as a code to be copied from VCS like Git?

Hi!

As usual for all I have tons of mail.

I need a solution to support filtering of letters in e-mail application via a code I'm writing in regular text editor like Notepad. I.e. rules, dependencies between rules to be kept as a program in a version control system like Git. Just smth. clear and nice as simple Python or similar language (may be functional lang or smth. else). Even if I should manually copy-paste them from text editor into a binary blob in order to install a changes... (As at the moment of writing the implemented GUI is not providing clear and readable way to organise or make a controllable changes.)

Is there a way to create and insert filtering rules as a code into Outlook available in browser at office.com? Plugins? Other e-mail client?

Thank you!
