Outlook syncing on Android

I had an outlook email account hosed up on my mobile - works fine on computer. Uninstalled and Installed app; address, pw all fine. Cannot sync emails - says inbox and outbox empty. Android phone(s) - tried on a couple different varietals. The only thing that looks 'slightly' unusual is a message - on the phone - that says 'Problem fetching storage info. ' Retry is not working. What am I missing? Thanks, Brenda

    Yes, right now, Outlook mobile only and on 3 different Androids. Ironically, have set up other Outlook email accounts on these phones and have no problem. That makes me pretty confident that it is the account and not the phone.

    Does that happen on the Outlook mobile app only? Have you tried to check it on another Android device and see if the issue persists?

    No help. I have tried reset - multiple times. Same result - no sync.
