Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling

I had an outlook email account hosed up on my mobile - works fine on computer. Uninstalled and Installed app; address, pw all fine. Cannot sync emails - says inbox and outbox empty. Android phone(s) - tried on a couple different varietals. The only thing that looks 'slightly' unusual is a message - on the phone - that says 'Problem fetching storage info. ' Retry is not working. What am I missing? Thanks, Brenda

Hi Brenda,
You’re welcome!
Thank you everyone. Got an answer and got it working, even if I don't like it. Running Outlook through the gmail app. Trying to figure out how that is working, but oh well.
If anyone sees a problem with this, please advise.
Thanks again, Brenda
Hi Brenda,
Thank you for the reply.
I see. If the issue is with the password, I don't think it would allow you to get into your account in the app. Please click on the link below so that the relevant team checks your Outlook account and app issue:

Thank you.
I am good with storage; only have used about 1/5th of availability.
I have had a thought and would appreciate verification. Is it possible that this is all because a password error? Specifically, can I load the app for the account but not get access to the actual sync due to an error with the password?
Appreciate the input.
Thanks, Brenda
