BitLocker - Key ID

Hello,

My daughter activated the BitLocker in my computer but the recovery I am able to pull up does not match the key ID on listed on the computer. Is there another way to recover the key id? Could I possibly have made another account I don’t remember and if so, could I locate that by a phone number instead or some other way?

    Hi,
    The two numbers are different.

    Bitlocker recovery key ID is Bitlocker recovery key identifier, if it matches the Bitlocker recovery key ID displayed by your PC, you can use the right recovery key to unlock your Bitlocker drive.

    Your BitLocker recovery key is a unique 48-digit numerical password that can be used to unlock your system if BitLocker is otherwise unable to confirm for certain that the attempt to access the system drive is authorized.
    For example:
    Bitlocker recovery key format: 419595-387156-44334-315590-197472-399399-320562-361383

    For Bitlocker encrypted data drive, BitLocker recovery key ID is displayed when users click on "More options" and then on Enter recovery key in the wizard to unlock a Bitlocker drive.

    The following information may help you locate your recovery key:

    Unfortunately if you cannot find the recovery key through the above methods, and don't have an auto-unlock file anymore elsewhere, then the data is lost. If there was some way to access the data without any of those things, then unfortunately the encryption would be effectively useless.

Could I possibly have made another account I don’t remember and if so, could I locate that by a phone number instead or some other way?
