    Hello Default_45515,

    Thank you for your response.

Since you are using an IMAP account with a third-party email from GoDaddy, I'm afraid we do not have the resources to troubleshoot further as public forum support for Exchange online. You may have to raise a service ticket with our online team through the M365 admin center or phone support by dialing the number allocated to your country or region. Reference. Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. You may reach out to your admin if you don't have the permissions to access the admin center. The team can further check and analyze the requests generated from this account and involve the backend team where need be.

Thanks again and have a great day.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf

I am using Microsoft 365 a third party email from Godaddy.

It is also setup as an IMAP in my Macbook Pro Mail app.

It seems that server accepts my password but i have no access to it. This is the message i keep receiving whenever i login to my account.

"You don't have access to this

Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource."
