Infinite login loop on https://login.microsoftonline.com

I've been trying to login to my microsoft account but keeps asking for my login information after I filled it in correctly

I've tried logging in using my password, a pin and the microsoft authenticator. All of them loop.

I've tried the steps of this page using Chrome, Firefox and edge: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-sign-in/sign-in-loop

I've tried logging in on 3 different laptops and 2 separate android devices, all of them keep looping.

I have tried accessing my account through the links in the windows store, outlook, the xbox app, anything I could think of. All of them loop through the login screen.

Thing is, I've been logged in and it DOES log me in again. except for me being unable to manage my account to for instance change my password or manage my subscriptions. On that screen it says there is a logged in account I can use for which I'll have to re-enter my password. Only for it to loop back to the enter your email page again.

Logging out of my account an logging back in doesnt work either. It seems to log me back in to my account on the site itself, but It still starts looping when I try to manage my account.

I am having the same issue with 2 different accounts. I use a Macbook pro running windows through UTM. Works fine in Mac OS but when I attempt to login through my windows virtual machine in both Chrome and Edge it loops me at the login screen. I tried all the recommendations, any help?

I'm having the same issue. I've read through all the online help. I've taken all the recommended actions. I've cleared caches, cookies, used multiple browsers, multiple desktops/laptops and the same infinite loop occurs.

Looks like this problem has been occurring since at least Mar 2023. It's now Feb 2024. Is Microsoft actually trying to fix this problem?

Nothing works! It does say I have two accounts with same email. But can't fix because I can't get access.
