New Outlook notification problem

So I installed the new Outlook from the Store, I've set up rules for mails, so they are moved to different folder depending on whom they came from.
BUT after that, I've got NO NOTIFICATIONS AT ALL (not in Windows nor on my phone), I've starred the folder, I turned on every single notificaton settings, but NOTHING. I'm frustrated, because I have to check MANUALLY if I've got a new mail. What year do we live in that I have to do that.

Please help my soul, beacuse I've gone crazy.

    Based on your requirement we have checked and seems this is by design for all devices in Outlook app.

    We do understand your concern about this feature that how it helps you to improve your efficiency in such daily busy work schedule but as it is related with outlook product design, so it is suggested to submit your valuable feedback directly to Microsoft product development team by either go to Help from your dedicated App > submit Feedback or by posting on Ideas · Community (microsoft.com) . This is require because as we are from community team, we can only assist you to troubleshoot the query and providing you required information for feature’s availability status.

    This community team and Microsoft product development team are separate. So for feature’s suggestion or by design query, user need to submit feedback from their side to Microsoft product team. Once user send feedback via above mentioned way, it’s sent to Microsoft directly and it's routed to the relevant product teams who can review it.

    Dear Kathrine

    I'm not in DnD mode, I never use it, as I've said in the post, I got no notifications, even on mobile. This has nothing to do with any notification setting in Windows, because I get notification for emails that are not affected by the rules. So the problem is with the Program.
