issues w/ @aol.com and @yahoo.com

we can receive email traffic from @aol.com and @yahoo.com email addresses

when we return emails, we get this message hours, sometimes days later:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

known issue? any solution?

    We have the same issue

    @aol

    @yahoo

    and now with some @gmail

    They are being bounced back

    I understand that you have an issue with sending emails to yahoo and aol email addresses. My apologies for the inconvenience caused. On further checks, it looks like we have received a number of requests on this, and the team is currently looking in the situation.

    Also, as an organization admin, you can raise a service request to report this symptom to our online channel through the O365 admin center if you have the permissions. If not, you can inform your admin to raise the service request to the online team. A support agent can further connect with you remotely, for further troubleshooting and involve the backend team where need be. Get support for Microsoft 365 for business -- Online support.

    I will also revert once I have more info on this.
