Synchronizing subscribed folders Error Message 0X800CCCOE

I get this error message whenever I open Outlook App on my PC (Windows 10, Microsoft 365)

 

 With guidance from a forum user, I attempted an online repair through Control Panel. Next, I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft 365. Unfortunately, my issue remains.

I am hoping another forum user can offer some insight on how to proceed without the need to repeat all of the attempts taken so far.

    thank you again for your reply.

    I turned off my firewall and antivirus program temporarily. Then tried opening Outlook again.

    That "appears" to have resolved the issue. I turned them back on and I did not receive the error message.

    I am hoping it is now fixed.
