folder structure not scrolling??

Hi Inema, i hope all well at ur end, since last three days i've noticed when i try to move any emails from inbox to certain folder, that the my folder list looks different and isn't scrolling down and very seldom i get the right folder interface. also this also occurs when i'm trying to move emails, but when I'm surfing the folder list it works fine. to reminder u i'm talking here about outlook PWA on android, by the way i tried on different android browsers and different devices same issue. so it seems a certain update is causing the issue.

Regarding your situation, I therefore believe that this issue should be further investigated by our online technical support team. A support Engineer can further connect with you remotely, for further troubleshooting and involve the backend team where need be. The team might request for your public IP address or collect some logs from your outlook. Please understand that as public forum support, we don’t have higher permissions to check and analyze these logs or check the IP addresses and considering your scenario maybe inconveniencing, to quickly help assist, kindly contact your organization admin to create a service request to report this symptom to our online channel.
