Partitioning of the cube measure group.The daily processing only deals with partitions and suddenly finds that the result is not correct and is larger than normal.But everything else is normal.

The key thing here is to ensure that you did not have any overlapping data for the partitions, otherwise, it will read the overlapping data twice or more, then you may encounter the situations that you mentioned in this thread.
If this is the case, please check partition definition, delete all the partitions that have overlapping data, and re-create them. Please refer to Create partitions

But there is no overlap in the definition of partitions.Every day was normal, and then one day it went wrong.How does the partition data go to other partitions?
There is also a case where the partition processing fails or stops midway, and there is a chance that the partition data will not be cleared.The partition data is still there even after the partition processing is cleared.At this point, the processing measure group can return to normal.I wonder why that is?
Please do Process Full, and then check again see if it will resolve this issue. When Process Full is executed against an object that has already been processed, Analysis Services drops all data in the object, and then processes the object.
When the second case occurs, it is also an error to only use Process Full for the partition.I know how to get it back to normal, but I don't understand the reason for the 'suspected data from this partition suddenly appearing on another partition' problem.

Thanks for sharing your thought about the suspected data. If we can confirm that there were no data overlapping, then the partition processing should not be a contribution for the abnormal data. The other thing that i can think of is data in the data source level have been modified or updated, please also make sure that there were no data changing happened at data source level.
Thank you for answering my questions.But I have double-checked and confirmed that everything else is correct.Only in the case of the Process partition did I encounter both of the above.

If issue can be reproduced and you wanted to know the detailed information or the root cause, I would suggest to use SQL server profiler to capture the traces and then compare the good one and the abnormal one to find the difference.
