Error while opening shared mailbox via OWA

Dear Community,

our users are getting this error message, while trying to open a specific shared mailbox via OWA > open another mailbox...

Error Message:

I already checked the permissions. All users have full access permissions for this shared mailbox. All users are licensed via Office 365 E3 License and OWA is enabled.

I even tested two Browsers (Chrome and Edge) on different computers with different users > error message shows up on every computer. I even cleared cache and everything but nothing changed.

    OWA is enabled on the shared mailbox, correct?

    Did it used to work or is this a new shared mailbox?

    If its a new mailbox, wait at least 2 hours and see if it works.

    If it's an existing mailbox, disable OWA on it, wait at least 15 min then enable it. https://learn.microsoft.com/exchange/recipients-in-exchange-online/manage-user-mailboxes/enable-or-disable-outlook-web-app?WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-6934
