As mentioned, you are stucking in Microsoft Authenticator App loop when trying to login to a new device with the same mail account. I would like to cooperate with you working on this case.
For my suggestion, you may try following workaround:
- Since you have moved to an IOS device from an android, please make sure if your account has been removed from Microsoft Authenticator App on old android device.
Steps: Microsoft Authenticator App>Clicking account profile>Click Settingslike gear icon on the right top of Window>Remove account.
- Then you may go to Office365 portal and check to remove previous Authenticator profile from your android device.
Change your two-step verification method and settings
- Then you need to go to Microsoft Authenticator App and remove your account if showing on your IOS device app. Then you can re-add account and do authentication if working fine or not.
- If still not working, you may re-install Microsoft Authenticator App and also contact your Office 365 admin to do MFA reset for your account.
