Outlook.com is sending MFA code request to device i don't recognize

I have Microsoft Authenticator app setup for 2FA against my Outlook.com account (personal). Whenever i login, it shows up 2 digits code, i then press those digits in my Microsoft Authenticator app and it logs me in. I have set my account with passwordless setup so i don't have to enter password and as soon as i enter my email address, i get prompt to select 2 digits code in my Microsoft Authenticator app.

I am not sure if this option was always there but recently when i tried to sign in, i saw this link in my browser (See all the devices this was sent to)(screenshot1.png). On reviewing the app/device lists (screenshot2.png), it ended making me confused since i only have Authenticator app in my primary phone but based on the devices lists it end up sending the request to multiple Android Authenticator app and 1 iOS device. The weird part is i don't have Authenticator app on any of the iOS devices at all.
The page that shows app/device lists also has a link to view list of devices next to (Don't recognize a device? Go to your Microsoft account), i clicked the link but there wasn't any additional device on the page. I also checked Outlook Settings > General > Mobile devices (There is only one device listed).

Since i have Authenticator app installed on my primary phone, my expectations were to see only one device lists instead of multiple Android device and 1 iOS device. I submitted a ticket to the outlook.com help page and the technician couldn't help and asked me to submit ticket in the community site.

Has anyone run into this issue or has a solution to recognize or delete those additional devices where the notification is getting sent?

    Hi Sanjeev-Shrestha,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I realize you're having problems with the Authenticator app and I'll do my best to help you out!

Thank you for explaining everything to me and providing the screenshots, I initially surmised that you may have installed Authenticator on other devices, but based on your later description, you only have it installed on one device, so my assumption may not be valid.

I understand your need, and since you have the Authenticator app installed on your main phone, your expectation is to see only a list of devices, not multiple Android devices and 1 iOS device. Despite submitting a work order previously to no avail, your issue seems to require more specialised support and I would suggest you try seeking help at Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A where there are more experts in the relevant field who can provide you with a better solution.😊

Thanks again for your detailed and positive feedback!! 😊🀝

    Best regards
