Yes the computer was checked for peer to peer updates. That is now turned off. In a month I will look at the usage.
Windows 10 Data Usage Limit Very High
I have a client who's Data limit usage runs 4728.36 GB we can scale back but meanwhile why is this so high? Scanned for Malware found no issues. It is not a Windows Update.

In the task manager, can you once again check under services section, from the screenshots that i have put, also u can open the resource monitor and under the network section you can check the service with most usage, since you have mentioned it is system, it will be svc.host service. Which can be shut by disabling the BITS. BITS is necessary service in windows to get updates so it will be present, please make sure you look it thoroughly. BITS IS ACRONYM TO "BACKGROUND INTELLIGENT TRANSFER SERVICE"
