    Dear Zaheera Price,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with Outlook. As far as I know, the error tag 657rx or Error code 2148073520/2148073494 which comes in 'Something went wrong [1200]' pop up is a common issue that may occur when you try to sign in to some Microsoft applications or services, such as OneDrive, Teams, or Outlook, with your work or school account, as the screenshot below. It may be caused by some problems with your credentials, your TPM cache, or your registry settings; And I'm seeing many users reporting this issue, and many of them fixed this issue by disconnecting all the accounts > Start > Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School > Disconnect accounts and restart the machine. Refer to ERROR 657 RX - Microsoft Q&A, Microsoft Outlook Error pop up Error tag: 657rx (something went wrong - Microsoft Community and How To fix this issue I cant logged in to Any of Microsoft software (Outlook, teams, office 356 on laptop) - Microsoft Q&A.

      • Log out of the Outlook app.
      • Close the app completely.
      • Reopen the app and log back in.
    2. Enable Modern Authentication:
    3. Repair Outlook:
      • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
      • Select Microsoft Office and click Change.
      • Choose Repair and follow the prompts.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. Let me know if you need any more help!

If none of these steps work, let me know and we can explore other options. Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can find a solution together. Thank you for your help.
