Create rules that work in a shared mailbox

I want to create rules that work in a shared mailbox. For example: emails with a specific subject need to go in a specific folder automatically.

Multiple people work in this shared box and the rules must be visible for everyone.

Regarding your question about if rule created from outlook on the web OWA,

Does it will work on outlook desktop or not?

Yes, will work normally please check below our test scenario.

We created rule from OWA move emails contain (onmicrosoft) to archive folder.

Figure1

And Per attached screenshots Figure2&3 it’s working well on both Classic and new outlook for windows.

Do the rules work in the app version if i create the rule on the web?

I am trying to get the admin rights for the shared mailbox. After i've obtained the rights i will try the second option.

I have tried this and it is only working in the online outlook NOT the desktop app. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
