Here is intune support. From the description, it seems no related to intune. For this issue, I think it may be related to subscription issue and Plural access issue. To get accurate help, it is suggested to contact Microsoft subscription to confirm if there is problem on subscription. Here is the support link:

If the subscription is normal, it is recommended to open an online support ticket in plural to find the root cause about the unable access.
