Perfect SQL Server Transaction Log Reader?

I have an issue while reading SQL Transaction log files recently and I used a software that perfectly works for me. I used SQL Server Transaction Log Reader recently and it perfectly worked for me. if anyone knows more software to read Transaction log Files then, please comment below.
